Can an allergic reaction cause ataxia?

On taking Ramipril (on top of Bendroflorazide) my face swelled up, a stoke type event at 3 am with violent headache. All subsequent scans negative. Felt very ill. On withdrawal of Ramipril symptoms immediately stopped leaving injury of Ataxia.
