Whats wrong with my dog?

I have a 15 year old male springer spaniel, He has recently lost his hearing and about once a month gets a bit of an upset stomach. Today he is unable to walk and when he woke up this morning he stood up and fell over and urinated, then messed in his bed. which is very unlike him. He then threw up yellow frothy substances and repeatedly falls over and is unable to walk in a straight line. His head is all to one side and his eyes have gone slightly milky. Please what could be wrong with him? I will take him to the vets but just thought you might have some ideas. Thanks |
