Medication to lubricate and relax esophagus?

What is the name of a medicine I was given by I.V. for inability to swallow (esophagus tightened up).
It started with a "C" and was something like condologesh. It did relax my esophagus and I could then swallow instead of spitting back up saliva.

I have esophagitis from acid reflux which has now become
Barrestt's Syndrome. Thanks.
