9 yr. old female lhasa apso

My dog has been diagnosed with a UTI - she's been on antibiotics for l week without improvement - her symptoms are lethargy, no appetite, fever up to 103.8, xray shows no masses or organ enlargement, waiting for results on a valley fever titer, blood work showed 29 WBC count, 4 lymphocytes, 0.5 T4, 2610 absolute monocyte, 0 absolute eosinophil, RBC 6-10, 251 CK, She has lost 3 lbs., urinates in her sleep, has had periods of spasms in her hind quarters - can you please shed some light on what I should be looking for? |
