sleepwalking

My fiance had a sleep walking session last night about 6:a.m. This is the first time. He is on Trileptal for anti-seizures which he takes twice a day. This is only one month on these since Dilantin didn,t seem to work. The medication was changed because he was having small seizures which he cannot remember after a nap. These last as long as 45 minutes so his doctor is trying Trileptal. He had an EEG taken two weeks ago but has not been told results since doctor on vacation. Follow-up in September. Could this be a reaction to new medication? He has been very tired lately and should I consult his family doctor? He,s feeling fine today and full of energy. I,m afraid of what might happen since I was not with him when this happened. He has blisters on his feet from walking so much. Anything you can tell me I would appreciate.
