spider bite

I believe I was bitten by a spider on my right index finger about 2 to 3 weeks ago and my arm is still very sore. The finger that the bite occured is still numb and my arm is sore. Where my arm bends I have a rash and is feels like there are needles in there and at times my entire arm goes numb. I have also had a rash on the right side of neck that has not improved.
