Sunburn

I was sunburned, today, after setting at soccer games and baseball games. It is pretty red. I haven't noticed any blisters, yet. I have been burned before, but the one thing that is starting to concern me, is the fact that I am literally freezing, and I have goosbumps all of my skin. I have a couple of quilts on me. Is this common, or should I seek medical treatment?
