Target fat loss and sculpting and duration before results

Hi,
I am very concerned about my stomach, the back of my arms, and probably my buttocks. I'm afraid to do crunches because I was told that crunches only harden the stomach that you have. I want to regain the waist that I had before I had my son. I'm not sure about my measurments but I wear a size 12 but I would like to be in a size 10 and possibly an 8. However, I am a curvaceous woman and I love my curves. I don't want defined muscles, just a sculpted body. I want a flat stomach with the smallest waist possible (I want my obliques to come in much farther than my hips not to be even with them), I would like to lose the jiggle on the back of my arms, and I would like to round off my buttocks(not a muscle rock hard butt, but completely semicircular). In my sculpting process, I wish to keep the chest size and my buttocks size. I would also like to get rid of the rolls on my back, sculpt down my hips to a minimum, and tone my legs. Am I asking for too much? Please tell me you can help me. If not could you donate a personal trainer to me.
Thanx |
