Transplantation of animal veins in human vascular surgery

The veins in my sisters legs are clogged again after surgery only a month ago. She has no more useable veins for transplantation. Are ther any alternatives to human vein transplants such as veins from pigs. If so what hospitals do this kind of surgery.
