Pancreas tumor, cyst growth

ct report
2 seperate 2.1 cm diamenter low attenuation masses
are present within the body, the other within the tail of the pancreas the former has the configeration of a cyst but the latter does not. Do tests need to be run
to determnine if pancreas function is being affected?
Can a biopsy be done with a endeoscope? Can removing
the growth be done internaly? Apprecite any help you can give me!
