Enlarged lymph-nodes

I had pneumonia about 4 months ago, at that time the Dr noticed I had lynphadenophathy with mild emphysema Had another CT 3 months later and the lymph nodes are more prominent. I have an appointment with a thoracic surgeon. Am I looking at Cancer?
