Skin condition called melicosium?

I'm trying to look up a skin condition that I believe is called melicosium. I'm not sure of the spelling. A 4 y.r. old girl at the pre-school I'm a nurse at has it. She has many sm. clear and brown fluid filled spots under her left arm and spreading down her chest and abdomen. I'm unfamiliar with this condition. Can you give me any information about this?
