im in treatment for Methadone

i am in treatment for methadone. i have beenon for over one year. i have put on 40plus [pounds}. always tired and always feeling so week. my muscles ache and cant wait to feel normal again. is it the methadone that caused me to gain weight\? i was always very thin and never gained weight. now 40 pounds in one year, oh am i upset. size 6 now 14. what do i do??? my legs feel so week, i can bearly walk up stairs. by the top i get to the stairs i just want to sit. never had i felt like this. will thi s get better> karen |
