INTERACTIONS with Fluconazole and other drugs

I have two damaged big toe nails that have turned yellow. I visited a Costa Rica pharmacy and got Fluconazole 200 mg. What are the side affects of this drug? I also am using a hormone patch called ClimaraPro. Will there be an interation? Please advise. Thank you. Julie Rumsey
