RECCURENT THOUGHTS CAUSING ANXIETY

I am suffering with following symptoms.
1.during my +2 education ,age around 17 years, I used to check my books repetedly.slowly I donot know how that habit reduced.
2. Iam having the habit of checking the door locks repeatedly whether properly locked or not.
3.Iam having the habit of checking covers repeatedly before they get mailed.
4.Now my age is 43 years.
Now by any chance if I see a person who is having wound and stands besides me around one feet distance I feel that that person may be infected with hiv, if that wound material come in contact with me i may get hiv-these type of thoughts are keeping my mood in worst situation .please help me.
Iam working in Pharmaceutical sales and marketing for the past 20 years.where I got moderate knowledge about causes for diseases and treatment..(Exept psychiatric problems)
for the past 2 years Iam suffering from following symptoms
1.suppose if I go to barber shop, I may get HIV if barber not properly sterilised the equipment.Hence I insist barber to sterilise equipment before me.(fear of hiv)
2.suppose if I go diagnostic lab for lipid profile test whether the technician kept disposable syrenge or not sort of doubts.(fear of hiv)
3.suppose if a street dog passes besides me whether dog scrached me or not(repeteadly checking),whether dog bites me sort of repeated thoughts iam getting.(Fear of Rabies)
4.for above reasons Iam checking my skin for scraches whether dog really bite me or not.This is consuming alot of my time because of fear of Rabies.
5. knowing pretty well that dog did not touched me,iam doing repeated checking for dog bite and scarch on my skin because of fear of Rabies.
during this process I am getting anxiety and head ache.Other tan that I donot have any medical problems.My B.P is normal .other vital readings are also normal.
Please suggest me what shall I do to get rid of this problem.PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE HELP ME SIR
