Usage of Predisone

I am a currently taking predisone for my asthma. My doctor told me that I have to continue taking them and to make sure I don't run out of them. I was wondering what could the side effects of the drug be if I was to have alcohol while taking these. I'm not a heavy drinker but I do like to have a few beer on the weekend.
