Where to locate senior assisted living areas?

Hello, I'm writing because my grandmother has a mental illness which is preventing her from making business decesions and she is having alluisons. I need to find somewhere for her to live because she is not taking her medicine anymore. I want her to get back stable on her medicine and I also need to find a place for her to live because she cant live on her own anymore. I was hoping you can give me some places in my area that will help seniors with mental issues.
