Am I about to go into Labour?

Over the past few days i have noticed some changes in my body, im 35 weeks pregnant and the baby harldy moves around i have become emotional (crying at anything) feeling sickly threw out the day and suffering lower back pain and the odd pain in my private area is this a sign that labour will be soon do u think???
