Dosage of Quetiapine - 25mg

Hi, I would like to ask you, what can I expect from being on 25mg of Quetiapine a day to help with Anxiety and/or Depression. I am taking it along with 225mg of Efexor-XR
for depresion and anxiety. Is 25mg going to do anything? for me.
