Referral for breast augmentation using silicone implants

Hello
 My wife and I are going to be taking a trip in February 2006 to experience the wonderful time of Carnival. She has been wanting silicone implants ever since she can remember. She was scheduled to have silicone implants back in 1992, on the day that the implants were taken off the market by the FDA. The doctor she was scheduled with was none other than the co-founder of the silicone implant himself, and my father, Dr. Frank J. Gerow. Needless to say, my father could not legally do the surgery when Dr. Kessler of the FDA pushed that date forward. Now that we are able to afford the surgery, we want to do some things that we have always wanted to do.
I was hoping to get get about 3 referrals of some of your top surgeons there, for I only want the best for my spouse of 15 years. She was initially scheduled to have the surgery completed by one of the best in the world, therefore I hope to find a Physician just like him when it comes to Quality of Work, Ethics, Bed Side Manners and overall knowledge of the newest, best techniques and procedures available.
