residential credits for graudate school

I am currently a student and am inquiring about graduate schooling. Many of the places I have looked at on the Internet have posted "residential credits" as a requirement of the degree. I realize this probably means living on campus or something of that nature. Could you clarify this more? Is this usually the case and though all schools may be different is it possible to waive these requirements? I wonder because I have a young daughter who I support and I wonder how this residential thing works out when children are involved. Do most places have "family" housing or am I totally off-base with my understanding? |
