How to solve a disagreement

Today my boyfriend & I got into a little disagreement, He was very upset about a situation we have talked about before. He wants his friend to come & stay with us for a little while.(which I don't mind) the problem is the friend has a crazy girlfriend that is always causing problems. I really don't want mind his friend staying there. The problem is him being there & not working, and not to menation this crazy girlfriend we will be dealing with. Please advise |
