need help for breast cancer patient

Hello
i am sending this email on behalf of my sister, she is 42 years old.
in 1998 ahe faces Breast cancer and travelled to london and her breast was removed and after that she took radio and chemo therapy.
for two years ahe is fine but then it came back in different places in her body and she continued taking courses of chemo
last September she went to london trying to find any treatment and she stayed there for January and finished her last treatment in my country kuwait, when she returned back she was getting better but it became worse after that.
now according to her doctor in Kuwait, she finished all type of treatment and what she is suffering from now is tumors in her lung and kidney.
she cant eat and vomiting all day
please help her with any treatment,any thing even if it is a new treatment of experiment .
