I have been taking 200 mcg of selenium for approximately 2 months and I seen to have increase leg cramps. Eleven years ago I had DVT in my right leg after having broken it and wearing a cast for 6 weeks and was hospitalized for a week while being administered blood thinning drugs. Can selenium cause blood clots?
