motor neuron disease symptoms

A person I know is 23 years of age. His problem only occurred recently (two months ago). His right hand trembles and can't hold a spoon still. And his saliva drips from the corner of his mouth without him realizing. These incidences don't occur everyday, and he insists it is due to his work stress (civil enginner). However, it may occur every other week, lasting for a day or two. He is a very active individual, and he has consistently maintained that he had not suffered any serious fall or injuries. Perhaps it is also helpful for you to know that his cousin brother suffers from the Wilson disease.
