Cat is off balance

My cat is off balance when she walks. She tilts her head to the right all the time. She is not eating. Does anyone know what is wrong with her? |
Same balance problem with my cat as well
My son's cat has the same problem. He would try to walk and shake his head at same time only to fall down. And now head is prementaly tilted. He seems not to be in pain, but we would also like to know what it may be. So please email me with some answers.
