Breast Cancer Exam

My mammogram read: The fibroglandular tissue is extremely dense which limits the sensitivity of mammography. There is stable appearing asymmetric densities seen in both breasts.

What does that mean exactly? There is a history of breast cancer in my family. My mom and both grandmothers. I am 48 yrs. old.

Please explain. Thanks
