Dog is ill

My dog is not himself this morning. He was fine yesterday. He has thrown up once and is just laying around which is not normal for him. He is alert, doesn't have a fever. His belly is not hard or distended. When he is moving, it's not with his usual energy. He was laying stretched straight out on his belly his head straight out between his front paws, he usually lays curved in a U shape. I did notice that after he has lifted his head when he went to put it back down he stretched it up and then down to the floor. He has moved in head while I've been typing this and it now curved over one paw which is a bit closer to his normal laying postion, his front paws are still stretched out, his body straight.
