Nortriptyline HCl and OTC painkillers

I have just begun a trial of Nortriptyline HCL 4 days ago, beginning at 10 mg/day and just yesterday increasing to 25 mg./day/ taking 1 pill at night before bed. I have just had some dental work done and am concerned about whether there are any risks to taking the maximum dosages of either Tylenol or Advil while on Nortriptyline, round the clock for a day or so, as tooth and gum pain is fairly severe right now. Thank you.
