Nose reconstruction

I am wondering if there is any place in Maine for my son to get his nose fixed he was attacked and hit over the head with a glass bottle, the bottle broke and cut his nose almost off, he has no insurance is only 22 and needs help but we just don't know where to go get any. Please try to give me advice on where to get help. Thanks Brenda
