Bladder side effects from Valerian?

I have been taking valerian for over one month to help
relieve IBS pains. It appars to help. Can it have side effects on your bladder or groin area. I am seventy years old and have had prostate removal. I appear to have a muscle ache in the grion when I walk or cough.
