dermatitis from hair highlighting

I had my hair highlighted three months ago and now I have a very dry scalp and peeling and then my scalp flakes off in dandruff pieces and then my scalp feels sticky and sore and bleeds. I feel my scalp lifting up in pieces. I have been using tea tree leaf shampoo. Do you know what I should do? Thank you.
