I have several symptoms of (GAD) and I have no medical insurance. How do I get help that I need.

I have served more than five years in a prison. I have noticed a lot of things going on with me mentally that is affecting my relationship and everyday performances with work etc. I went on-line and took different questionaires to determine the problem and came up with either severe (adult ADD)and (GAD).please give me resources and/or advice. |
