Foul odor from Mouth

I have been experiencing odor from my mouth for quite some time.
My othodontist ruled out dental/gum problems and mentioned it probably is related to a gastric/stomach disorder.
Please advise as to certain exams,tests,treatments,etc...

Foul Odor From Mouth
I have been experiencing foul odor from my mouth when I burp and then I have to vomit whatever I have been eating. I would like to know if there is something wrong with my stomach or is it what I eat. I would also like to know if there is some type of home remedy or medicine that I could take to relieve this problem or get rid of it completely.
