episodes of body spasms before falling asleep

when trying to take a nap, I had 3 episodes , similar to when your whole body spasms before you fall asleep sometimes, only the episodes were confined to my head, brain and accompanied with a sensation of noise similar to when there is an electrical short.
any ideas?
