Fundamentals of Ayurveda information

I've been reading a few good books on the fundamentals of Ayurveda and Ayurvedic healing. More specifically, information on the clinical assessment of health and disease, and the management of disease as it relates to the practices used in India. I would highly recommend the book "Textbook of Ayurveda" by Vasant Lad as it has helped my understanding of these practices. |
